Change- the SPICE of life

Change in life's inevitable. No matter how hard you try to stay at one point in life and be adamant about it, it only becmes more and more difficult for you to adjust to your life. The harder you hold on to somehting that has passed away in tie, it becomes more painful for you to live. Whether it is good times or bad times, it will sucks up al the joy and happiness in your life.

Yes, if you think the changes may not seem fair. Changes that are positive, we are always excited to move on with, but changes that are negative and dull; to move on with that's really difficult. Probably that;s because we are not ready for the change. We're not ready to move out of our comfort zone, unlearn things or even learn somethign new. Many things might have becoem a habit in our lives and those habits if you have enjoyed then it becomes even more difficult for you to break away from those habits.

The first step towards handling change is to understand CHANGE itself. Understanding the change is needfula nd unavoidable whether we like it or not. From the beginning try going deeper into understanding change. it is only a matter of perception when it comes to adopting change. either you can look at adopting to change as something difficult and as something that forces you to let go off preferably something beautiful and comfotable things in your life. Or you can choose to think of adopting to change as a trade for something even better than what you were already having. In simple terms its a necessary evil. We never know, may be its price that we arepraying for a better tomorrow.

Understand that many of the chnages are things that you never decided to have in your life. byt somebody else did like our parents for example forced o us many changes to be brought into our lives or our siblings or even friends. sometimes the change that has been brought into our lives because of a chnge that has happned in the behaviour of a loved one or a friend and its even worse when we think that we cannot chnage others the way we want them to behave, so once again change is forced upon us against our will and wish. The wise thing to understand here is, that there's no point in fighting that change. instead adopt.

So how do one adopt to changes. First you have faith, have faith that the things you think you're losing so as to adopt to this new change in life willc ome back to you; if its really belongs to you. Nomatter what it is...let it be people or experinces or things you love. Changes are temperory unlike what we assume about changes to be permenant. That's one universal truth I believe about change. When a good or positive change happen we hope and pray that things never change and when bad things happen also we tend to think that your bad times will never change. the reality's that whether good times or bad times, change's never permenant, but temperory. things always change. Live your life knowing this, that will make adopting to change a bit easy or in understanding why things change. But that doesn't mena that you stop enjoying life when ti goes up and down..enjoy the ride..the ups and downs. How? Just remmebr what i said... have faith...!!! This understanding about change that change is not permenant will help you to adopt, by preparing you for the negative chnages in life and gives you hope for the future. It is all about " Hoping for the best and preparing for the worst" Like i said its all about habits. so when a new changs is infront of you...try to make it a habit to adopt...anything practiced for about 21 days becomes a habit or in other words it takes 21 days to make anything a habit.

Life’s full of ups and downs. It is a vicious cycle of good times & bad times. So is change. Sometimes something positive comes to your life and you need to change, then something negative comes to your life and again you have to change. Remember nothing remains the same, every relationship, every situation, every human being, every country and every thing in nature here on earth changes temporarily for better or worse. Even you change every now and then, even without you known about it.

‘Change is the Spice of Life.’ Start looking at change as something that’s going to help you gain something or something that will add color to your life rather than looking at it as an obstacle or a hurdle in our life that will slow you down. It’s again a matter of perspective. A positive perspective can only bring out positive outcome and negative perspective will bring out only negative outcome. Adapting to change’s something you’ll have to do sooner or later. If you don’t, then you’ll find life rough and you’ll turn bitter and unhappy. To keep the joy alive in your life is to approach the changes as the Spice in your life. And you know how Spices are; a bit hot, sour, bitter, sweet, salty; but makes food very tasty without which you won’t enjoy your palette as much as you would with the spices in it.

Yes, at times we really don’t have a choice for the majority of the changes that happens and yes it may seem unfair too. But the important thing is to keep yourself happy and keep that joy and peace ignited inside of you the entire time regardless of the unfair changes. For that you have to adapt to the changes.

Yes it gets us angry and frustrated sometime and it becomes painful to let go at certain times. But still we have to slowly and steadily with discipline & consistency has to do what we have to. And believe, have faith that the outcome’s going to be worth and rewarding. Anyway will be definitely be more rewarding than holding on to the passed time.

Yes it will make you feel a fool or a puppet in the hands of God. Indeed we are puppets in God’s hands many a time. Understand that there are many a thing which is not under our control; but in God’s control. He does what eh wishes for a greater good, so listen to what eh has to say. Make God your best friend. He might do you some favors.
